Purpose of the service

VPSA provides reference information to help users look up product alerts. VPSA is not a regulator, testing organization, healthcare provider or goods authentication service.

Using the results

Results depend on collected and reviewed data and the details you enter. Check the name, code, manufacturer, batch number, date and original document before making a decision. No matching alert does not mean a product is safe or authorized for every circumstance.

VPSA explanations help you read the information; they do not replace decisions or guidance from competent authorities. When sharing, retain the alert and source links so others can verify the scope.

Responsible use

Do not bypass access limits, disrupt the system, access administration features without authorization or present VPSA information as a quality certificate. Do not use a possible match to make allegations about a product, business or entire brand.

Content and sources

Linked documents belong to their respective publishers. Source links do not imply sponsorship or endorsement of VPSA by those agencies. When reusing content, check the source's applicable terms and identify its origin; VPSA cannot grant rights to third-party documents.

Errors, interruptions and updates

The service may be interrupted or contain incomplete data. VPSA may correct, update or unpublish content after review. These conditions do not exclude mandatory rights or responsibilities under applicable rules. Send feedback and evidence through the contact page.

Report an alert error

Provide the alert URL, the field to correct, the correct information and a supporting document link. If packaging photos are needed, hide names, phone numbers and personal information. The operator needs to check evidence before correcting or unpublishing content.

Product questions

VPSA helps you read the data in its system; it does not handle recall complaints on behalf of manufacturers or regulators. Direct specialist questions and product handling requests to the organization identified in the original document.
